Paphos Adventures ("we", "us") operates this website as an independent booking service connecting visitors with a trusted local jeep safari operator in Paphos, Cyprus. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
When you contact us via WhatsApp or this website, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, hotel and room, the date you want to travel, and group size (including ages of any children). If you make a reservation, our card payment processor also collects the payment details needed to process that reservation fee — we do not see or store your full card number ourselves. We do not use cookies or tracking scripts to collect personal information beyond the standard web analytics and advertising measurement tools listed under “Analytics & advertising” below, which we use to measure how visitors reach and use this site.
We use the information you provide to arrange your jeep safari booking with our local operator, confirm availability, take your reservation fee, and pass on your booking details (name, phone number, hotel, room, date, and group size) to that operator so they can fulfil your booking. We do not sell or share your personal information with any other third party.
The reservation fee shown at booking is collected by us, through a card payment processor, and is non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of your tour. The balance of the tour price is paid by you directly to the operator, in cash, on the day. We do not collect, see, or hold the balance amount at any point.
We keep booking-related WhatsApp conversations and our internal booking log only as long as needed to reconcile bookings with our operator, and for standard business record-keeping.
